A 28-year-old female with marked leukocytosis, anemia, and splenomegaly. The WBC count is 540*10^3/μL, and the normal platelets count. The blood film shows marked leukocytosis with marked granulopoiesis. The blast count is 3%. The molecular test for BCR-ABL is positive.
